Khu du lịch Đại Nam thành hiện thực từ ước mơ không giống ai của vị đại gia Bình Dương


Sinh ra và lớn lên ở Bình Định, khởi nghiệp và thành danh tại Bình Dương, ông chủ khu du lịch đại nam được đánh giá là lớn nhất Đông Nam Á -Khu du lịch Lạc Cảnh Đại Nam Văn Hiến (Đại Nam) - tên thật là Huỳnh Phi Dũng. Sau này, ông đổi tên là Huỳnh Uy Dũng, với biệt danh Dũng "lò vôi", nổi tiếng với những quyết định đầu tư không giống ai.

Khởi nghiệp từ nghề sản xuất vôi quét tường khi vẫn còn là cán bộ công tác hậu cần tại Công an thị xã Thủ Dầu Một, ông chuyển về phụ trách xí nghiệp Sơn mài Thành Lễ, khi đó đang làm ăn thua lỗ. Điều kiện mà ông đưa ra vào thời điểm tiếp nhận vị trí giám đốc là nếu xí nghiệp làm ăn thua lỗ thì ông bỏ tiền túi ra bồi thường còn nếu làm ăn có lãi thì tỉnh phải cho ông 10% trên số tiền lời thu được, đồng thời mọi việc kinh doanh và bố trí nhân sự đều do ông quyết định. Ngay năm đầu tiên làm giám đốc, ông đã đưa Thành Lễ tới đích lợi nhuận 28,8 tỷ đồng, trong khi nguồn thu ngân sách toàn tỉnh khi đó chỉ có 40 tỷ đồng/năm. Tuy nhiên, khi đó, quy định trích lợi nhuận 10% cho ông lại không có.
Vào những năm đầu thập niên 90, việc đầu tư vào Bình Dương gặp nhiều khó khăn do những quy định có phần trái ngược của tỉnh. Khi đó, ông Huỳnh Uy Dũng đã làm một điều mà giới đầu tư cho là "khùng" khi quyết định rót vốn xây dựng khu công nghiệp Bình Đường – khu nhà máy, xí nghiệp cho các doanh nghiệp vào thuê đầu tư để đáp ứng yêu cầu được cấp giấy phép kinh doanh của tỉnh Bình Dương. Đây cũng chính là khu công nghiệp đầu tiên của Việt Nam.

Sau khi rời Thành Lễ, ông Dũng bắt tay xây dựng khu du lịch Đại Nam. "Bỏ tiền tỷ, thu bạc cắc" là cách nói nhiều người dùng để khuyên ông bỏ ý định, thậm chí cho rằng ông "hâm hâm", nhưng đại gia này vẫn kiên trì thực hiện ý tưởng xây một trong những công trình du lịch lớn nhất Việt Nam. Sau khi khánh thành Khu du lịch Lạc cảnh Đại Nam văn hiến, vào tháng 9/2008, ông cho tổ chức “lời thề không nợ nần ai”. Trước 2.000 cán bộ công nhân viên, ông thề kể từ thời điểm này công ty không còn nợ nần ai và không bao giờ vay mượn của ai một đồng nào.
Trên bia đá ngay trước Đền thờ Đại Nam, ông cho khắc bài viết “Thì ra vậy!” với nội dung: “Lại là một ước mơ ngu xuẩn nữa của ‘anh’ chứ gì? Khi những người khác nói với tôi rằng: Tôi không thể làm chuyện này, chuyện nọ…Rằng tôi chỉ là một kẻ mơ mộng, điên rồ, ngông cuồng, kiêu kỳ và rồi tôi sẽ thất bại. Tôi cảm thấy bị tổn thương và tức giận, tôi đã dùng nguồn năng lượng tiêu cực của họ cộng với tình cảm tiêu cực của tôi đối với họ, để tạo ra sự bùng nổ cảm xúc, đủ lớn, đủ mạnh để trợ giúp cho tôi thực hiện những giấc mơ gian khổ. Một lần nữa xin trả lời: Thành công là sự trả ơn ngọt ngào nhất! Thì ra vậy!!!”.
Tuy giàu có, nhưng ông chủ khu du lịch Đại Nam vẫn đi xe máy loại thường quanh khu du lịch, mỗi ngày ăn chưa tới 50.000 đồng, một tuần ăn chay 4 ngày. Thậm chí, vị này còn ấp ủ ý tưởng xây dựng một khu nhà riêng tự cung tự cấp, trồng 4 sào lúa, nuôi hồ cá, có vườn quả và trồng đậu tương để ép dầu làm đèn cầy thắp sáng cho Đền Đại Nam. Ông tự nhận mình "không còn là doanh nhân như xưa nữa".

Trekking in the surrounding area is most satisfying.Giang Ta Chai Village Opposite to Su Pan on the other side of Muong Hoa River and valley is Giang Ta Chai village of the Red Zao ethnic, nested under shade of the trees and bamboo hedges near a large and magnificent waterfall. The Red Zao people here built their houses on the rocky land and little bit reserved to outsiders. From the main road, a narrow trails as a string down to the river and a romantic suspension bridge cross to the other side, passing the foot of the waterfall to the village.
